To be eligible for IPP, you must:
- Be looking for a full time job (30 hours or more per week)
- Be a Philadelphia resident
- Possess a university-level degree from a non-U.S. college or university
- If you do not have a university-level degree, we will consider professional equivalency
- Have work-authorization
- Speak English at a professional level
